These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Virex platform, including our website, games, wallet, bonuses, referral program, and related features.

By creating an account, placing a bet, or otherwise using Virex, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

You must be of legal age to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Virex is lawful where you live.

You may register only one personal account. A maximum of three accounts is permitted per network or household, and any accounts beyond that limit may be closed.

You must provide accurate and current registration information and keep it up to date. Accounts created with false, misleading, or another person's details may be suspended or terminated.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lend, share, or transfer your account or its balance to anyone else.

You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is treated as your own.

We may require identity or ownership verification before enabling certain features, releasing funds, or resolving a dispute.

Deposits are made in supported cryptocurrencies and networks displayed in your wallet. You must send funds only to the address and network shown for that specific deposit.

Funds sent to an incorrect address, on an unsupported network, or as an unsupported asset may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered or credited.

Deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations. Confirmation times depend on the blockchain and are outside our control.

Minimum deposit amounts and network fees may apply. Amounts below the stated minimum may not be credited.

Deposited funds are intended for gameplay on the platform. Using deposits purely to move value through the platform without genuine play is not permitted.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to verification, minimum amounts, and any active bonus conditions.

You must provide a correct wallet address on the correct network. Withdrawals sent to an address you supplied are final and cannot be reversed.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. We may delay or decline a request while we complete security, verification, or anti-fraud checks.

Network fees may be deducted from the withdrawal amount. Processing times depend on network conditions.

Funds subject to a bonus, cashback, or promotional wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

If a withdrawal is linked to abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms, we may withhold, reverse, or forfeit the relevant amount.

All balances, bets, wins, bonuses, cashback, and referral commissions are recorded in your account ledger. That ledger is the authoritative record of your balance.

Game outcomes are determined by our provably fair system at the moment a bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.

If a technical fault, display error, or software bug produces an incorrect result, balance, or payout, we may void the affected rounds and correct the balance accordingly.

Transactions credited in error — including duplicate credits, mispriced bonuses, or amounts sent by mistake — may be reclaimed from your account.

Currency conversions, where applicable, use the rate available at the time the transaction is processed.

Bonuses, cashback, loot boxes, and referral rewards are offered at our discretion and may carry conditions, expiry dates, or wagering requirements.

Referral commissions must come from genuine, independent players. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or coordinated referral schemes will be reversed.

We may reduce, cancel, or reclaim any reward obtained through abuse, error, or a breach of these Terms.

Creating multiple or duplicate accounts, or using another person's identity, payment method, or wallet.

Using bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with gameplay.

Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors instead of reporting them to support.

Colluding with other players, arranging matched or risk-free play, or manipulating game outcomes, leaderboards, or promotions.

Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity involving funds from illegal sources.

Attempting to access, probe, scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform or its systems.

Harassing, threatening, impersonating, or abusing other players or our support staff.

Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, or masking your location to do so.

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, or if we detect fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity.

During an investigation we may temporarily freeze gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, or the account balance.

Where a breach is confirmed, we may void affected bets and forfeit balances, bonuses, or winnings connected to that breach.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any pending obligations, including verification of a withdrawal, must still be completed.

We may also close an account for legal or regulatory reasons, or where we are required to do so. Legitimate remaining funds will be returned where permitted.

You are responsible for the security of your account, your devices, and your wallet addresses.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations that apply to your winnings in your jurisdiction.

You must play responsibly and only with funds you can afford to lose. Gambling involves risk and should never be treated as a source of income.

You must report any bug, error, or unexpected credit to support promptly rather than taking advantage of it.

You must not use the platform if participating in online gaming is unlawful for you.

We aim to keep Virex available at all times, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, network issues, or events beyond our control.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove games, features, promotions, or supported assets at any time.

We are not obliged to keep any specific game or feature available indefinitely.

Virex is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data.

We are not liable for losses caused by your own actions, including sending funds to an incorrect address or network, losing access to your credentials, or sharing your account.

We are not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by blockchain networks, connectivity problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the funds held in your account at the time the issue arose.

If you believe a result, balance, or transaction is incorrect, contact support as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the event.

Our records, including the provably fair verification data and account ledger, are the final basis for resolving any dispute.

We will investigate reported issues in good faith and communicate the outcome to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, our practices, or legal requirements.

The latest version will always be published on this page with a revised update date. Significant changes may also be announced on the platform.

Continued use of Virex after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance.
